Submit a Request
Contact our technical support team through the official ticketing system with your order number and detailed photos of the product and packaging.
Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse address for your region.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original internal foam and box to prevent shipping damage, clearly labeling the exterior with your assigned RMA number.
Inspection and Refund
Upon arrival, our technicians will inspect the hardware for completeness; approved returns will be processed for a refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.
